Industrial Safety & Source-Level Protection Focus

Next-Generation Automatic Hot Aerosol Fire Suppression Device for Electrical Cabinets

Electrical switchboards and control cabinets are the leading sources of industrial and commercial fire hazards. The Miniature Automatic Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device provides direct, autonomous fire suppression inside enclosed high-risk spaces before flames can breach external enclosures.

Targeted In-Cabinet Fire Defense: Mounts directly inside enclosed distribution boxes, breaker panels, and inverter housings. Suppresses short-circuit sparks and wire insulation fires within seconds.

Autonomous Thermal Fuse Detection: Requires no external electricity, power supplies, or wiring to activate. A integrated thermal sensor cord activates automatically when ambient temperature hits 170°C.

Clean Chemical Free-Radical Suppression: Emits ultra-fine potassium aerosol particles that react chemically with free radicals ($H^+$ and $OH^-$), interrupting combustion without depleting ambient oxygen.

Non-Conductive & Equipment Safe: Formulated with high dielectric strength to ensure zero electrical shorting during discharge, protecting sensitive microelectronics and busbars.

Specifications:

Trigger: Dual (Thermal Cord @ $170^\circ\text{C}$ / Optional $24\text{V DC}$ Electric Pulse)

Coverage Volume: Up to $0.25\text{ m}^3$

Discharge Duration: 3–5 Seconds

Mounting: Standard 35mm DIN Rail Clip or High-Strength Magnetic Base
